Story

After the dolphins cleared out the Soviets' giant squids, the Allies sent in the amphibious transports and sweet hell broke loose. Mirage and Prism Tanks rolled over the island, pounding away at sentry guns and blowing away Tesla coils like they were saplings. With the ground cleared on this unmapped island in the Florida Keys, the one hope for an Allied victory was built: Einstein's highly experimental Chronosphere. While it was under construction, Allied forces still had to beat back persistent Soviet forces intent on stopping the Chronosphere from coming online.

But it did. When the tech engineers finally fired it up, the destination was set for the heart of the Red Menace: the Kremlin in Moscow. It went down in history as the world's first full-scale invasion via time warp. Grizzlies and Prism Tanks thundered through the cold cobblestone. Streets of Moscow while Rocketeers zipped across the sky, scouting ahead for the special forces team -- including one very angry Tanya -- to go in and capture Premier Romanov. As expected, he was cowering in the Kremlin beneath his desk. Romanov was taken to England, where the contrite premire signed a peace treaty that effectively dismantled the Soviet war machine.
But where was Yuri?

The elusive psychic mastermind had slipped through the fingers of U.S. forces.
Now Allied generals have received intel that Yuri didn't exactly retire. In fact, while the U.S. was tangling with Romanov, Yuri had abdicated to forge his own schemes for world domination. Looks like he wasn't happy playing second in command to the obnoxious Romanov.

It looks like Yuri is finally getting his way. Intel reports tell of mysterious structures popping up worldwide from the California coast to the sands of Egypt. Civilians, apparently under the influence of Yuri's mind-control, have willingly joined his standing army.

Fortunately, the Allies have a few technological tricks up their sleeves as well. President Dugan has enacted "Operation Time Lapse," a plan to beat back Yuri's forces with radical new technology, seasoned soldiers, and a battle-hardened general like you.

Red Alert 2 Units

GI

The GI is the basic Allied infantry unit. They are slow and only capable of light damage. GIs are nonetheless necessary because of their low cost, and when deployed they can set sandbags around themselves  like a bunker.  They then use machine guns which increases their range and power of attack.

Engineer

Although they are unarmed the engineer is a very useful unit. Engineers can be used to repair you're own structures and repair destroyed bridges (Enter the huts near the bridge to do this). They can also steal enemy structures or capture neutral structures. Engineers are also useful for disarming Crazy Ivan bombs by targeting the affected unit or structure.

Rocketeer

The Rocketeer is the aerial assault version of the simple Allied GI. Armed with a powerful weapon and strapped into an equally powerful jetpack, the Rocketeer hovers over the battlefield. Rocketeers are excellent in providing anti-air defense and air-to-ground attacks on weaker targets.

Spy

The spy is a stealth unit used by the Allied forces to gain an advantage over their foes. Rather than attacking enemy units, the spy targets an enemy and then changes his appearance to that of the enemy unit. This allows the spy to then sneak past the enemy and into their structures. Attack dogs are not fooled by the spy's disguise. If the spy enters the following:

Enemy Barracks: You're infantry will then be created as veterans

Enemy War Factories: You're vehicles are then created as veterans

Enemy Refineries: He will steal all of the money currently in that Refinery

Enemy Power Plants: He temporarily shuts down the enemy's power supply

Enemy Battle Lab: He gains the ability to make a special infantry  tech unit. This will appear on you're Infantry list

Enemy Radar Domes: He resets the shroud for the enemy

Tanya

The most versatile infantry unit for the Allied forces is Tanya. She is about as fast as a GI, she can also swim across rivers and oceans. Although she is not that powerful against enemy tanks, Tanya's weapon can kill enemy units with one shot. She can also take out enemy ships using C4 charges as well as destroying enemy structures with C4. She can also destroy bridges using her C4.

Attack Dog

These attack dogs are specially-trained  German Shepherds. They are extremely effective against infantry, but can't do a thing to tanks. The attack dogs are additionally you're best line of defense against Allied Spies. While on the battle field the Attack Dog automatically attacks any Spies that enter you're base.

Chrono Legionnaire

A Chrono Legionnaire never walks anywhere. Instead he teleports all over the map. Depending on how far he teleports determines how quickly it takes him to "phase back" at his new location. When he is phasing back he is vulnerable to the enemy.  The Chrono Legionnaire's weapon is different to any other units. This is because, instead of destroying enemy units or structures it erases them out of time. The more powerful the enemy then the longer it takes to erase them.

Yuri's Revenge New Units

Guardian GI

Like a normal GI, the Guardian GI fires a powerful machine gun from a standing position. When deployed, the Guardian GI can not be crushed and switches to a powerful anti-tank weapon that is effective against vehicles and aircraft. Guardian GIs cannot be used to garrison structures.

Navy SEAL

Equipped with a high-powered machine gun, SEALs are excellent against enemy infantry and can defend themselves against vehicles as well. Like Tanya, SEALs use C4 charges to detonate enemy structures.
