Synopsis: Thomas Argyle (Kris Wellman) and Theodore Valiant (Alexander Rosenberg) are not your average MTV high school zombies. Every day they sit on various locations of their snobbish arts academy, drinking coffee and criticizing every facet of the world around them. But when the campus administration threatens the very existence of their warped Woody Allen-esque lives, they must enter the local musical competition and submerge themselves into a world of eccentric Broadway-worshippers. However, all goes terribly awry when they find themselves trapped in the theatrical web of the dangerously latin villain, Leonardo Lopez (Javier Lopez).
Citizen Kane: The Musical is an oasis of comedy in the vast desert of mediocre teen-angst, stabbing an unyielding dagger of satire at everything from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang to Carl Rove. Mild violence. |
