| Down at a little store named Mickey D's you'll find one in my hometown. That's where I spend much of my time trying to live my life down. I close this little store, you see, 6 nights a week I'm around. I clean and wipe and wash away the day's business from the town. Late at night, everyone's home, you'll find me at this place. Scraping out my daily bread, to afford my living space. There's three places that can be closed, "front", "grill", and "wash" is how they're known. Of course there are the goods and bads each position has their own. Back in grill there are no customers, no mumbling and no complaints. The managers are way up there, so I'm free from their restraints. The same is true for washing close, thought some may disagree. You wash some dishes half the night, It's an easy job to me. Front is rather easy too, but the job is rather stressful. When it gets close to closing time, the customers can be disrespectful. I wash the dishes fast, you see, and can close the front as well. But I think the place I really love is the position known as "grill" I wouldn't even want to work in the mornings or in the day. If I have to work at this boring job, then it's closing all the way. |
