Its the future and prisons are run by corporations. The prison this story centers around has four different wings. They are run by a group of thugs called the "Gang Of Four". But as the narrator says, "you are not worthy to know" about them or the warden yet. (Damn I love lame quotes like that...)
Anyways, Ricky is new to the prison and the first week he makes it clear hes not taking any crap. You know, punching straight through people, knocking people's eyes out, and virtually mutilating everyone in his path who pisses him off. This is mainly because he is a master of a martial art which allows him to do so. It was this martial art which also helped him kill the person responsible for the death of his girlfriend. That would be what landed him in prison by the way...
He is confronted by the assistant warden. The head warden is out on vacation for the first half of the film. He eventually meets and battles the Gang Of Four in several different bloody battles. Ricky learns that the warden is growing poppy plants for opium distrubution and destroys the crop.
When the warden comes back he tortures Ricky. Ricky eventually leads a revolt destroying the Gang Of Four and killing off the warden. This is the way a true film should be done...pure bliss indeed...

Fun With Toy Trains: One of the older inmates makes a wooden train for his kid. One of the prison thugs smashes it and rakes the old man's face with it. As he strolls out Ricky trips him and the remaining part of the train goes through his hand into his eye.
Prison Shower Meeting: Ricky is gets personal with a fat thug in the shower. He gets to know the inside of him when he punches through his stomach out his back. (What did you think I meant by personal?)
Battle With Oscar: When Ricky battles Oscar (one of the Gang Of Four) all hell breaks loose. Ricky is blinded by Oscar. As blood pours out of his eyes Oscar slashes the tendons on his arm. Ricky restores his sight and ties his tendons together (once again go with it). He punches Oscar's eye out and with that Oscar tries to strangle him...with his own intestines...its like your run of the mill family picnic squabble really....
Head Crush: Taizan (one of the Gang Of Four) gives a new meaning to migrane as he literally crushes a prisoner's head with his arms...
Fink's Head Bowl: Fink, the name says it all, gets the top of his head punched off along with his brain which seats nicely in the top of his skull...
Taizan's Jaw Dropper: Taizan gets his bottom jaw ripped out by Ricky...
Ground Warden: The Warden in mutant form gets thrown into a meat grinder and becomes part of the prison menu.,,,
(Keep in mind these moments are the tip of the ice berg...theres oh so much more to enjoy...)
The Warden: Master of the same art of Kung-Fu as Ricky who can mutate into super human form. He blows up the assistant warden literally after shooting him with an explosive dart, pokes an inmate's eyes out, and grounds an inmate's hand into ground beef. He deserves every humanitarian award ever made as far as I'm concerned.
The Assistant Warden: The commander in cheif of the prison while the warden is away. He uses his glass eye as a mint dispenser...you'd think Tic Tacs would try to market that by now.
The Gang Of Four:
Taizan: He can crush a man's head with his bare hands but this big man has a soft side. He carries around a picture of his wife and kids. I would hate to see those kid's asses if he smacked them....
Huang: Every guy's worse nightmare...a guy who can kick your ass and want to do other things to it when hes done with kicking it...
Oscar: When you see his tattoos that means you've seen your best days. He is kinda like that last resort woman guys accidently get pregnant on a Friday night...
Shorty: He uses darts attached to strings as his weapons. Other than that hes good with a wrench...not much on the personality side...
