THE PLOT: Often Ill scan through my online movie rental service looking desperately for something to review.  Its only once I get a selection that I know if its truly worth my time reviewing.   A few have gone back (luckily for them) a quarter watched without a single word written from yours truly.  This flick was about to be one of those selections until a spotted a Who Would Have Known acting appearance from a rather big name.  Also, I figured why not f*ck with the movie since its another horrid Friday The 13th/Halloween clone.

The film begins with a shot of a group of 40-something college kids going down the road in the back of a pick up.  The film then jumps, for no apparent reason, to a kid getting hacked up.  Cue up the obligatory screechy violin-based slasher music which laces the movie to the point of idiocy.

After the credits roll, we join our group of morons at a Christmas break party.  We get a speed introduction into the one dimensional characters which include the one and only Daphne Zuniga as Debbie.  To her credit she is the only one in the film who remotely looks young enough to be in college.

It is at the party the film introduces us to the main player Joanne.  Her and her co-op cronies Debbie, Craig, Brian and Patty are staying at the school during break to clean up.  This gets the ball rolling on the drawn out stalker death scenes.  Figuring shed be bigger than this movie plot one day, Zunigas character is the first dispatched.

The next day at breakfast, Craig puts a fake spider in th e eggs that Joanne is cooking.  Now I know many of you may be asking why I included such a stupid thing in the review.  Well to answer, its the only f*cking thing in this movie that looks like a Prank.  I suppose now I should mention the film is also called The Dorm That Dripped Blood.  Perhaps they realized wisely it wouldnt hold a candle to a Christopher Lee film with almost the same name.

Anyhow, the co-op folk find out there is a fellow by the name of John still on campus.  He supposedly is a demented guy.  Personally I think he suffers from the Larry Fine From The Three Stooges Look-Alike syndrome.  They try to confront him but he locks himself in his dorm room.

A fellow by the name of Bobby Lee shows up in the film to buy some tables from the university.  Why does the film need this guy, well apparently there wasnt enough suspects in a who done it kind of plot line.  If you do the basic math there are only four people in the film at this point. Kudos to the script writers for giving us so many options.

Pure time killing nonsense continues throughout the film which leads to a rather uneventful climax.  Everyone but Joanne and Craig get knocked off by an unseen person.  John shows up last minute and Joanne fights him off.  Both her and Craig set him up and Craig is able to take him out.

However in a twist ending no one watching this movie would ever care about, we find out Craig is the killer.  Bobby Lee shows up for really no reason to save Joanne from Craig.  However the cops show up and Craig sets up Bobby Lee as the killer.  The cops put a few holes in Bobby Lee which leaves Craig to off Joanne in his spare time leaving the film with a bleak ending.

So another crappy slasher wanna-be comes to a close.  Zuniga bounced around after this film most memorably appearing in Space Balls as Princess Vespa and less memorably as Seth Brundles kids love interest in The Fly 2.  Now she is a pretty well known player in the tv drama world. Who knew shed be the only reason Id review this crap.
ITS THE INNARDS THAT COUNT (the most gruesome/odd moments)
1.)
Dormy Weather - Kids get hacked up, boiled and drilled in the film.  Very boring seeing that with the films title I was expecting exploding whoopie cushions.
YOURE A GRAND OLD A-HOLE (the A-Holes of the film get their moment)
1.)
Craig - A fellow in to pulling pranks and jokes.  I say its all fun and games until a crappy movie like this gets made.
