| During the Cold War Era, the American Government felt they needed a secret breed of serial killers to infiltrate and infect Soviet society. Starting around 1975 the U.S. Military secretly began testing new training tactics on new recruits to kill quickly and ruthlessly. The training consisted of physical and mental training to eliminate any remorse that would slow down the killing instinct and homicidal skills they were harnessing. They quickly realized that for the training to be optimal, they would need to start intense mental training before the recruits can develop pity and remorse....they would need children. Under Presidential order, 3 babies infants were "recruited" into the military for the first time in history. The children were raised and molded inside of a secret military installation located underground in upstate New York. After the Cold War ended, the project continued with limited funding for some time in hopes they would eventually be of some use, though some politicians felt this "Task Force" of born-bred killers was a liability. Eventually, the project was at it's final leg. The final test was to release the team into a small suburban town to ensure that they could function normally and blend into society as required. But with nothing to restrict their killer instinct and this whole new world of criminals, authority figures, and normal everyday pissed off people, the situation became unstable. The Suburban Task Force, as they were named, felt they could trust no one but each other. The Government then dispatched a Navy SEALS team to dispose of the Task Force. What happened next is disputable. If you ask the surviving member of the SEALS team, all Task Force members were disposed of. The problem was only SEALS team bodies were recovered from an undisclosed location. The surviving officer continued to swear on his honor that all Task Force agents were thoroughly terminated until his brutal murder in 1999. Since then, a group of striking similar kids in their late teens, early twenties, has surfaced in the strangest manner.
