Vampiric Abilities

Unlike most other Darkwatch agents who are human, Jericho has access to vampiric powers since being bitten. Based on how you play, the powers you find yourself with will determine how 'good' or 'evil' you are. They will come in very handy when you find yourself in a tight spot, but you must learn to master them to gain the full potential of Jericho's 'vampireness'. Will you turn out good? Or Evil? ...read on to find out more.

 Blood Shield:

Jerichos Vampire powers afford him supernatural toughness in the form of a Blood Shield, and invisible aura of eldritch energy that absorbs and deflects enemy attacks. The Blood Shield allows Jericho to survive damage that would kill a mortal man, but he is still vulnerable to massive, singular damage or a series of small attacks in rapid succession. Once Jerichos Blood Shield is breached, Jericho suffers damage like a normal mortal, making him vulnerable until the shield regenerates. Like all of Jerichos vampire powers, the Blood Shield is disabled by sunlight.

 Blood Vision:

Caught between the land of the living and the dead, Jericho Cross can peer into either world, thanks to the pulsating blood red orb in place of his left eye. Through a beating red haze, Blood Vision reveals hidden evils in the world, and identifies the undead in stark outline.

 Vampire Jump:

Whipsnap thin and preternaturally strong, vampires can leap several times the height of a mortal man. Rocks, ravines, and even buildings can be cleared with ease. A master of the vampire jump, Jericho cross can even defy gravity for a brief period, using his leap to soar above his foes, and rain down death with gun or dynamite.
