Prince Cristus has decreed that all Kindred must understand of the laws of Elysium .

Ignorance is no defence and those who break these laws will be punished accordingly
The Laws of Elysium

Elysium within the city stands within the boundaries of The Komedia, The Colonnade, The Font and Firkin, The Open House and Caroline of Brunswick.
Each Elyisum has its own Keeper; who only has jurisdiction at their appointed Elysium.

The Laws of Elysium are

1) No physically offensive action can be taken against any
other accepted member of the Camarilla within the Elysium or its grounds. An offensive action may be taken against anyone who is not a member of the Camarilla, including Caitiff and the Bloodlines, though this will be frowned upon if not for any just cause.
Those who disobey will face judgement

2) The Prince has the right to initiate an offensive action against anyone of lower standing than he. The Seneschal is granted the same right in the Prince's absence.

3) The Prince may grant the right to avoid the Laws of Elysium to anyone he deems to have the right. This is currently only the Seneschal, The Sherrif and the Keeper of Elysium for that Elysium, and only in the course of carrying out their duties

4) If an individual is attacked they have the right to defend themselves. However, if the attack is sanctioned by the Prince, or other person permitted to carry out any offensive action, the individual does not have such right and must submit themselves to any assault.
Those who disobey will face judgement

5) The carrying of firearms and other illegal weapons is permitted, however they must be kept concealed at all times, except when in use. Those who use firearms or fight in public areas must "clean up their own mess". The possession of firearms is however greatly discouraged, as this may lead to unwanted attention

6) Anyone who causes or attempts to cause the destruction or damage to the property of the Elysium or any works contained within it will face the judgement of the Keeper and of the Prince

7) The Traditions over-rule any and all of the Laws of Elysium. Judgement will be considered favourably where that person was acting in self defence, or in defence of the Elysium

8) The Keeper of Elysium has the right to breach the rules of Elysium only in order to prevent a breach of the rules of Elysium by another. The Keeper may not commit an assault against another without good reason

9) The Keeper does not hav the right to declare the rules of Elysium null and void, not to "disband" an Elysium. Only the Prince holds this right

10) No-one other than the Keeper of Elysium, the Prince or the Seneschal has the right to take an pre-emptive action in order to prevent a breach of the rules of Elysium. In such cases there must be sufficient evidence to show that a breach would have occured without their intervention
