| Timing
We have the venue from 1.30pm, so theres plenty of time for setting up. However, should any player wish to help with the setting up of the venue, all offers will be graciously accepted All players are invited to come and register at the William 4th pub on Church Street from 3pm on the 18th. We will be able to give you your character packs, check that you�re happy with everything, collect any outstanding money, answer questions and so on. It�s also an opportunity to have a quick drink with the NPC�s and other players and get yourselves acquainted before the event From 4pm the venue will be open for people who need to go and change into costume At 5.00pm we will call "Time in". The Market is considered to have started by the time the first players arrive. The event is set to finish at 10pm. The �final call� for the market will be called at 9.40pm. The Market will end at 9.55pm. Time out will be called at 10pm . All attendees must have left the premises by 10.30pm. We will then head to the Caroline of Brunswick for the traditional post-game drink Traders Traders who wish to set up a stall can either do so in time-in or we can arrange for OOC Traders to set up a stall prior to time in. We would request that anyone trading start to clear up their stalls after the �final call� for the Market to enable us to easy clear the venue The room will be decked with various tables, if you wish to start trading at one of these tables then simply grab one that�s free and start trading. There are power sockets available Tables are available on a first come first served basis If there is no available space then please feel free to find a clear space on the floor, but please bear in mind that access to fire-exits is required at all times Traders currently appearing at Brighton Below can be found here Parking Brighton Laines is a notoriously difficult area of Brighton to park in. There are plenty of Car Parks, in the centre of Brighton. There is NO parking available at the venue itself Drink We are awaiting information whether alcohol is permitted on the site Smoking Smoking is not permitted in the building. Should you need to smoke please go outside |
