Why hate Dixon's? Well it's not a case of hating the staff because let's face it they've got a job to do like anyone else.

No this is down once again to the Fat Cat Principle, it's all about profit and someone on the board of Dixon's obviously cares more about profit than customer service. I hate the fact that corporation's can get away with ripping customer's off, I've personally heard stories from friend's and work colleagues that have had to put up with poor customer service from Dixon's and their Subsidiaries.

If they can do it to me (They've done it twice actually), then it's pretty obvious that somewhere they've done it others.

I've never felt more strongly about something like this in all my life, I'll never shop at Dixon's (especially the Cameron Toll branch in Edinburgh) or any of their Subsidiaries ever again. They won't have my custom ever again. I'll shop elsewhere even if it means paying more for something.
