Bridge connected Nifl-heim and Asgard crossing over Midgard. This Bridge (Asabru
- the rainbow) was made with air, fire and water that shinning made the
beautiful colors of the bridge.
Everyday the Gods would cross that bridge to go to Urdar where Yggdrasil Tree was to assist the daily meetings of the council. The only God that couldn't cross the Bridge was Thor. Scared that the bridge couldn't bear his weight and the heat of his lightnings. The God in charge of the bridge was Heimdall. His possessions were a sword and a trumpet named Giallarhorn which would be used to warn the Gods the day Ragnarok and Surtr, the ice giants came to attack the Gods and destroy the world. |
