The warden storms in and Max is laying on the bed. He learns over her and says "What u saw here will never come out to the public (or something like that)"
And 2 his suprise, she reacts by grabbing him around the throat and picking him high up in the air. "Who's looking for me?" She asks. "Lyedecker." Max almost strangles him when (too bad) O.c. and maria jump out of the closet. (Okay see i thought that part was confusing and i thought she had gotten over her need for the triptophane. Like her body had suddenly realized it wasn't making it.
but whateva i'm not a writer.)

So then max and o.c. take maria and the warden and they get away because the commandos ( Lyedecker's wussies) are coming to play. They force the warden in the car with his own gun while Max and Maria climb in the back. The warden pulls this stunt and knocks out (temporairly like 2 seconds) Origional cindy. He stops the car and almost shoots max except that she "broke your lock." and she takes him out 4 a minute while Maria and O.c. make their getaway. The warden's own wussies have come 2 investigate and Max takes them out. Mean while, the warden has revived himself and shoots as max while she takes him out with a big jeep/ humvee thingy. Pretty cool lookin' stunt. maria gets a new home and max tries to tell the roomie and o.c. about her... except that they don't really believe her so... her secret is safe.. for now.

C.R.E.A.M. - A kidnapping has taken place! It's okay though because 'Eyes only' did it. Explanation as follows: This woman named Elena tries to find her father. She goes to a house and all of the sudden someone grabs her and takes her away in a van. Elena asked Eyes Only to find her dad and they had to take the precaution of kidnapping her so she wouldn't be followed. He says that he'll try to help her. Note: everyone thinks Elena's dad is dead. Logan now has to find his friend and former mentor. Everybody wanted him dead (mob, police, etc) but for right now his prime suspect is the maid. He suspects her because she bought a home with a lot of money that she shouldn't have. ( I think her name is Elise Sanchez.) So he sends Max to go and bug the new home. She scales the house and puts these cool little bug thingies on each window. While she does so she notices that Elise and a man are kissing. She watches and suddenly the man turns around... and its Elena's dad! yeah he's alive! Max reports this to Logan. Logan seems upset that he wasn't killed and so max says that she'll tell Elena considering that he was all wierd with her. So she tells Elena and Elena seems very shocked but happy. Max tells her where her dad lives. Meanwhile, Logan meets the dad in a library. They talk. Logan is upset because he knows that the dad is or was a freedom fighter and that he has some info that would be useful to him in locking away a criminal. After the meeting, the dad invites Elena to his house for dinner. He sends Logan the disk with the info about the criminal and a tape. Logan watches the tape and the dad tells him that the reason he wouldn't give up the tape was for Elena's safety and the reason Elena left was because she had wanted to. He was going to invite her over later for dinner and ask that she leave the country with him and Elise.
Elena pulls up, and pays the cabbie. She gets out, lights a cigarette and then watches as her father's house is blown apart. She watches unfazed.
The next morning, Max and Logan hear about it on the news. "We got played," Max says. (you got that right! But we are talking about max... do u think she's going to let that go unanswered? I think not!) Max goes to Elena's place but she's gone. Max looks at her stuff and sees a flyer for a train. She goes to that train station and watches as elena pulls out a briefcase. Max sits down right beside Elena and asks if she's going to Portland too? Elena makes up this story about her boyfriend living here. Then she gets up. Max follows and Elena tells her to leave her alone. "You really had me fooled there," says max. They come to a part of the train where the side is open. Max makes a grab for the briefcase and Elena knocks her down. Max releases a side kick as she falls and the briefcase opens. The money flies around her. Before all this, Max asks Elena why. "Was it because of the money or the hate?" Elena makes a grab for the money. "That should just about cover a oneway ticket to Portland. After that, you'll always have your hate." She leaves and then we she her talking to logan. Logan does the eye's only thing and then "restores his mentor to sainthood" - Max.

First of all i have to say that this was an interesting episode. Cool plot but it didn't quite turn out the way i (or prolly anybody else) expected. But then again that's Mr. Cameron and Mr. Eglee for you ( i hope i spelled that right!)

Max gets a her bike towed for (what else?) speeding. Or something like that... i kept missing the beginning of the episode. but anyway, she gets her bike taken away. So of course she's p. o.ed. Origional cindy suggests that she can get a cheaper used bike than
