These are images of some cover artwork I created for a
compilation CD. I chose the images from several online sources, taking care to choose images that created a certain look and
feel when put together. It was particularly important to find the correct cover image - one that set the tone for the rest of the project.
Once the images were chosen, the overall color scheme and layout were determined.
The colors and font were selected to highlight the old-fashioned feel of the cover image. The arrangement of the remaining
images was intended to represent of the nature of the CD. The back of the jacket contains the covers of the four CDs that the songs
were pulled from. The back cover is intended to be reminiscent of an older photo album, with it's faded or black and white images. |
