Regulations for Members
An Assassin may not carry, or use, poison to kill or assist in killing anyone. This does not mean that if someone is under the treatment of a physician that you may not kill them. If that were the case your mark could drug himself as a safety net. This does include owning a slave that has poison saliva, or a collar with poison/venom laced needles. You own that slave, in thus you own that poison.
A member may/will not be of any homestone. When he joins the caste he looses all ties to his birthplace.
An Assassin may/will not own a House/Organization of alternate loyalty or be part of/leader of another Organization. (Special exemptions are made for Ubar approved BlackCaste organizations. But to be a leader of a house or organization that is not BlackCaste affiliated has proven to promote weakness and disloyalty. The Caste is always first).
A member may not take a Free Companion outside of the Caste. Those who became Free Companioned to someone outside of the Caste before this took effect will not be required to dissolve the companionship. However when the companionship hits the renewal date it is final. It cannot be renewed at all. Should that significant one become hunted, it will be their companion that has to hunt them. If he/she refuses, both will be hunted.
A member may/will not break the Caste Codes, written or otherwise. If a member of the Brotherhood does so he will be moved to probationary status until the MA and vizirs review the action or actions and pass judgment.
Any member who breeds disloyalty, doubt, corruption, or plants the seeds for an inter-caste war will be brought before the MA for immediate determination of guilt and judgment. OOC information usually isn't used for this, though it has happened.
Any repeated violation of the Order rules will have your character removed and hunted from the Registered Black Caste forum. Proof will be acquired for altercations such as these.
Female members have been previously restricted from couching or preparing to couch with a male slave. After long debates with many sides represented, females of the Caste may conduct themselves sexually as they please with their own male slave(s) so long as it is done privately and discreetly. Females who are witnessed couching, preparing to couch, showing moderate sexual attention to, or otherwise conducting a display of sexuality with anothers male slave may be collared by those present or a Brethren of the Caste.
This activitiy, as well as a sexual nature revealed to more than one male, in or out of the Caste, may also be reported to the chairs who will make a determination. Sisters of the Caste are Free and must act accordingly. In any case the MA and vizirs will review the facts and make the ultimate determination on guilt, betrayal, and revenge. As for Sisters who are collared, they are no longer Killers by legal right, and they will not be permitted to live as their minds hold secrets of the Brotherhood.
There is no retirement from the Caste. The only way to leave the Caste is through death. This is the same with slaves. There is no "retirement" from being owned by the Caste. Caste slaves (not personal slaves) are not to be sold, or freed, but killed. If they were Caste slaves before, then they are to be killed.
All members regardless of station, stature, or popularity will follow the caste codes (both written and unwritten) at all times unless a special condition is presented by the Chairs.
A member whose SN is deleted for more than 72 mun hours without some sort of notice to the Ubar, or counsel will be removed from the registered members list. If you are inactive for months, you will receive a notice, then it will be carried on from there. If you are removed, you may attempt to become re-registered by going through the processing needed. Depending on the reason for deletion, or inactivity.
After you make it in the Caste doesn't mean that you simply get to fill up the slot. We understand real life and the problems it can have, though if you cannot put in time in playing the character, you're holding up a place where fresh blood can be and can, or will be, removed for inactivity. Caste mail also tends to be important, especially if entitled "Must/Please Read." If these are repeatedly deleted, your character can be removed from the listing and hunted for noncompliance. There may be a reason for you not to sign on, but not to delete important mail that is marked important.
All members regardless of station, stature, or popularity will put the Caste before all else. Caste, Brothers, Gold, Steel.
It has been found out that there are some people who has characters in more than one Black Caste. If it is found that crossing is going on, where the other Caste knows of what ours is doing, then your character will be killed without so much as a heartbeat, and subsequently removed from the roster. 1.) Your Loyalty lays with Your Caste and with the Order. You answer to no One but The Master Assassin.
(2.) Members of the Guild MUST make a Bio so that it can be added to the Members page of the site.
(3.) Black Caste of Gor are known not to have slaves or FC's, but that dosent mean One is not allowed to have Them. But keep in mind that Your slave or FC will be in danger because of what You are.
(4.) An Assassin is Free to traval Anywhere at Anytime, and accept payment for a hunt by the Free.
(5.) We do not hunt others of Our Kind. Unless it is justified By Guild Leader, Master Assassin.
(6.) It is upon Ones self to keep the Kill Logs of Ones Assassination, or get them from Someone, and turn those logs over the Guild Leader. So that they may-be added to the Killed section of the Guild.
(7.) What One makes for a payment on a Kill is upon that Person, on what to do with that pay. 20% of the payment goes towards the Guild.
