| ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Assassins known for their stealth, quickness and high skills only need to perform a one hit assassination discribed in the rules below. Always watch your spelling. Once you have accepted coin you will then place the Assassins mark upon your forehead and when entering a room make it clear it is there in your entrance. Below is just a example, dose not mean you have to do it exactly like that. The only thing that has to be done exactly is in your first post ( Entrance ) you need to state that the mark is seen clearly upon your forehead and IF and only IF the one you are hunting is in that room you need to put that persons name also in the first post ( Entrance ) which can be seen below in the example. Something along those lines. (Example) Assassin: ~ Makes his way passed the guards of the city gate, hood down as the mark is seen clearly upon his forehead, darkened pools scan the area a moment for the one he hunts. Eyes lock quickly upon Kent ~ OR Assassin: ~ Makes his way passed the guards of the city gate, hood down as the mark is seen clearly upon his forehead, darkened pools scan the area a moment for the one he hunts. Eyes lock quickly upon him ~ Your time has come Kent ~ Moveing swiftly along the ground towards him at the same time removeing his dagger from his side as he stops inches from Kent only to slam the steel of blade in his gut and twist moving it up towards his throat~ ~ Drops back swiftly watching as the dead body hits the floor with the daggers hilt hanging out ~ ~ Knows it is done ~ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In combat when we get hurt we call it a hit. After so many hits your character is considered dead. When your character dies you should leave the game and may return with a new character and screenname, unless the fight is nulled. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How to fight: 3-3-3 When fighting you have to do an action move followed by a reaction line and then a confirm line without your opponent dodging. If you make a typo in your attack, the attack will be considered a miss and no hit points will be taken away. This is called 3-3-3; 3 or more words attack, 3 or more words confirm, 3 or more words dodge Example: you type: ~ slashes at dummies arm ~ you type: ~ watches dummies arm fall off ~ you type: ~ sees this done ~ This would be considered a hit ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How to defend yourself: When fighting you can evade the attack of your opponent. In between the attack line, reaction line or the Confirm line, you can dodge the attack. But the dodge must make sense though. For example: if your opponent is attacking your legs, obviously jumping is good. and ducking is bad. Take into account the weapon used against you: a sword swinging for your arm you can step back from, an arrow flying for your head you can't, etc When fighting if your opponent defends himself before you get the confirm move typed and entered, your attack is considered a miss and no hit points are taken away. For example: you typed: ~ slashes at dummies arm ~ your opponent typed: ~ moves out of the way ~ your opponent typed: ~ knows he does ~ your opponent typed; ~ sees this done ~ you typed: ~ watches him bleed ~ you typed: ~ sees this done ~ This would be considered a missed attack --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - For a kill, collaring,FCship, force collaring to be official, you must get 3 (three) Free to confirm on the kill and it must be logged, time stamped, join notification. Except when it is a challenge match with a judge. Then only the combatants and the judge need be present. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How to fight: 7-3-3 When fighting you have to do an action move followed by a reaction line and then a confirm line without your opponent dodging. If you make a typo in your attack, the attack will be considered a miss and no hit points will be taken away. This is called 7-3-3; 7 or more word attacks, 3 or more words confirm, 3 or more words dodge. Remember if you want to use more words then by all means do so. By all means please be as creative as possible. Now if a room calls for more like 7-7-7 this of course would mean? 7 or more words for attacks, 7 or more words dodges and 7 or more words for confirms. Example: you type: ~ Stabs the dummies gut over and over ~ you type: ~ sees this done ~ you type: ~ knows it is ~ This would be considered a hit Example: you type: ~ Swings his left leg quickly in the air kicking the dummies jaw ~ you type: ~ feels it connect ~ you type: ~ watches him spin ~ This would be considered a hit ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How to defend yourself: When fighting you can evade the attack of your opponent. In between the attack line, reaction line or the Confirm line, you can dodge the attack. But the dodge must make sense though. For example : if your opponent is attacking your legs, obviously jumping is good. and ducking is bad. Take into account the weapon used against you: a sword swinging for your arm you can step back from, an arrow flying for your head you can't, etc When fighting if your opponent defends himself before you get the confirm move typed and entered, your attack is considered a miss and no hit points are taken away. Remember if you want to use more words then by all means do so. By all means please be as creative as possible. For example: you typed: ~ Stabs the dummies gut over and over ~ your opponent typed: ~ moves out of the way ~ your opponent typed: ~ knows he did ~ your opponent typed; ~ sees this done ~ you typed: ~ watches him bleed ~ you typed: ~ sees this done ~ This would be considered a missed attack For example: you typed: ~ Swings his left leg quickly in the air kicking the dummies jaw~ your opponent typed: ~ Side steps right swiftly ~ your opponent typed: ~ knows he did ~ your opponent typed; ~ sees this done ~ you typed: ~ watches him bleed ~ you typed: ~ sees this done ~ This would be considered a missed attack ------------------------------------------------------------ Hit Points Hit points are generally the number of times a person must be hit before being either killed or lost the match, battle, e.t.c. Normally HP ( Hit points ) are only used in a challenged match with a judge or several judges present. It is up to the one being challenged to set the HP, again normally the HP is nothing outrageous. Generally used would be like 5 vs 5. Meaning one of this fighters would have to land 5 hits to win. If it is a Death Match then you would land 4 hits with the 5th hit being the killing blow |
