| It would be unfair to place this story for public display without dedicting it to the very entity that inspired it. The developers of this game have broken new ground with "Dark Age Of Camelot" and it's newly released expansion "Shrouded Isles." This is, in my opinion, the best gaming experience money can buy. The makers of this game have created an amazing world, with careful attention to detail and architecture. You can literally lose yourself in is beauty, in it's stunning design and diverse offerings. I was never one to sit down and play games in the past, much less one that involved swords and magic... but I was seduced by the elegant and exciting lands opening up before me. No matter who you are, or what you level of interest in the "Dark Age" is, the piece of interactive artistry will invite you in and you'll never want to leave. Nothing, no PC game, no video game, can hold a candle to what the people at Mythic Entertainment have brought you. |
| There are so many people who have also inspired this project. The players around the world, most of whom I don't even know their real names, but have contributed more than they know to the development of this story. They only improved the quality of an already great experience, and for that I am in their debt. I am thankful to have had the good fortune of having only the best players with the most intriguing personalities by my side. Thank you for a wonderful time. To my young Nephews, who, being the determined teenagers they are, nagged me for months to buy them this game until I finally broke down. You have been so patient with me when I essentially monopolize the computer. You introduced me to this world, and the gracious friends I have made during my adventures. For once, I'm thanking you for being relentlessly annoying... You gave me the gift of Fantasy. The makers of the endless websites I scoured in the name of research. These people introduced me to the actual myths and legends behind the creaturess involved in the film and added a new dimension to their existance. Thank you for providing an endless stream of invaluable information that ultimately made the characters who they are. And my fellow Fans of "Dark Age of Camelot," many of whom contributed and shared fan fiction for the community at large to view. It is my honor to share your enthusiasm for a game we all adore spending our free time with. I cherish your stories and have enjoyed reading them.
