They are a rather refined people, and far ahead of of their time technologically that reside now in dark underground Laybrinths of Fostellin. Uzzell possess a brilliant mind, a faster than lightning reflex and an unusual eagerness to escape the strict confines of tradition carefully abided by the Tjilpa, as they are literally terrified of outsiders, and the changing world around them. However, due to his insatiable curiosity and irrepressable longings to see more of the new world, he is eventually seen as a threat to the precious discretion of the Tjilpa and is imprisoned. A mysterious voice from the darkness of the long cell chamber shares with him stories of the outside world, and the powers rising that will destroy it forever.  "There are very good reasons to fear what lies above ground."
