Magazine State Park is located 2753 feet above the Arkansas and Petit Jean River valleys in the Ozark National Forest.  Make it your Arkansas wilderness vacation starting point with access to lakes, trails & numerous adventures. Hang gliding, rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, boating, fishing, swimming, hunting are all within easy reach of the top of Arkansas. Come see why we're excited about the coming of the new Mt. Magazine State Park Lodge scheduled to open in the Spring of 2006.  We're proud of our State Parks and we want to share them with you.
