| Method We try to create a relaxed and joyful environment, mainly through the African dance.We highlight the importance of making each participants feel comfortable and safe in their creative expression, and therefore no immediate correction of any individual movement will be done (unless asked for). In a later stage, the participants will be guided into discussions on everyday questions, such as prejudices etc. |
| The role of the Youth Leader The Youth leader will function as both danceteacher and coordinator in the group. He/she is responsible of making sure that the group behaviour functions, and give the participants positive feedback in their development. |

| Target group The targeted participants are boys and girls between the age of 13 and 19 years. They are chosen, as far as possible, as to not being previously familiar with each other. Further on, we aspire to create a group of cultural and ethnical diversity. |
