In our quest to make our theatre insurance website, www.theatreinsurance.com, even more user friendly and helpful , we recently added two new features that are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
CLAIM FORM
Now you can email your claim to our office at your convenience. Just access our homepage, click the Claim Form button, enter the information requested and hit the send button.That's all there is to it.
My office will file your claim with the appropriate insurance company and they will have a claims adjuster contact you and process your claim in a timely manner.
This website claim form can be used for any property or general liability claim.
Of course, you have to be an AACT-insurance participant to take advantage of this service. Sorry, we cannot process your claims if your insurance is with somebody else.
Please note, this website claim form cannot be used to file a volunteer accident claim. Those claims still need to be filed directly to the insurance company by you. See your insurance file for further instructions regarding this type of claim.

This new page is designed to provide you with timely information about any insurance issue or question you may have regarding the daily operations of your theatre organization.

We have only just recently started this new webpage service so the list of frequently asked questions is still fairly limited.
