About the author

“September 28th 2002”, the big day, begins the first day of a marriage to Ailsa Cowley the youngest daughter of Tessa and Rowland Cowley. How did we meet? Well I was introduced to her in 1998 to help her out with some computer work and things went on from there. We got engaged in 1999 and set the date to get married to conenside with Ailsas mum and dads Golden Wedding. Ailsa is a marvelous, courageous, wity and mad as a hatter.

Ailsa's dad Rowland is a right cool guy, he got awarded an OBE in the Queens Birthday Honours in 1999 for the work he has done as an Ophthalmologist to prevent and cure blindness in the Third World. Ailsa's mum Tessa is a barrel of laughs. Ailsa has two brothers Paul and John who both live in Middlesbrough, two sisters. Stella lives near Manchester, and her other sister Heather lives in Australia. The whole of the Cowley family are nutters, a laugh a minute, its great to feel part of a happy family again.
