Career Goals:

In my opinion, teachers' use of the CMC technology is dependent on their

attitudes toward the CMC technology as an instructional tool and their willingness

to restructure their classes and rethink their approach to teaching. However,

teachers require time as well as ongoing training and support in order to learn how

to use the CMC technology and to incorporate it into teaching. I would like to

learn how to integrate CMC technology with TEFL in Taiwan and provide the

EFL learners in Taiwan with TEFL platform combined with CMC technology for

   future innovations in instruction design.

Reasons for Integrating CMC (Computer-Mediated Communication) Techonlogy in EFL (English as a Foreign Language) Instruction

I have a strong desire to improve my teaching methods and demonstrate the

techniques and activities associated with each method, hopefully finding a

combination of methods and techniques that will work well for EFL learners in

   Taiwan.
