| COME! | ||||||||||||
| Come! Bring your gentle hand, And save me from myself. My mirror shows, A cracked resmblance, Of rainbow colours. They ebb and flow, Like the tide, To overwhelm me. Your beacon shines, As the candle, On the opposite wall. Flickering just beyond my reach. Chaos! And the black swirls in, A heralding angel, Of the rocky shore. Where is my pot of gold? Dancing on the breeze, As it extinguishes your flame. Hark! Is that the sound, Of success I hear? Through dark clouds, I see my image, Faintly on the opposite shore, Of my shining silver pane. See! I am reaching out, To the heavens. With all but, Joy upon my face. As the multi coloured tornado, Envelops my soul, And I crash upon the rocky shore. |
