A: Our villa is on one level so there are no stairs to worry about.
Q: Is there air conditioning throughout the villa?
A: Our villa is fully air conditioned/heated so that there is a comfortable temperature throughout the year.
Q: Is there patio furniture by the pool?
A: Yes, furniture is provided.
Q: Is the pool area safe for young children?
A: The doors to the pool area are alarmed for children's safety.
Q: What kind of security does the surounding estate have?/Is the neighbourhood safe?
A: Westridge estate can only only be accessed via a coded entrance so the area is safe & secure.
Q: Where is the nearest supermarket?
A: The new Walmart superstore is within 8 mins drive - the biggest shop we have ever seen! However there is a Publix less than 5 mins drive away for the last minute essentials you may have forgotten.
Q: Where are the nearest restaurants?
A: Restaurants of all types of cuisine are a short drive away (5mins), on the 192.
Q: Is there room in the garage for two vehicles?
A: Yes, it is a double garage.
Q: Are pets allowed to stay in the villa?
A: No, we are sorry, but we are unable to take pets at this time.
