About Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior
About Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ, to Christians, is our Lord and Savior. Jesus Christ died of crucifixion, the most cruel and vile death that man has ever come up with. Crucifixion was the act of erecting a very large cross, bigger than the human body, nailing wooden stakes in your wrists, crossing your feet, and then nailing wooden stakes into them as well. Jesus Christ had, additionally, to put on a crown of thorns because they mocked Him about being King of the Jews. Then left there to die a very painful death and if you did not die fairly quickly, they would break both of your legs to speed up the process. Jesus Christ went through this and suffered a Javelin (Spear) in the side that pierced His heart.  He did that death for us so we would have everlasting life to whoever accepted Him as Lord and Savior.
Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem in a manger, or cave like house, and was the son of Mary and Joseph (read the Birth in the beginning chapters of Matthew, Mark, Luke, Chapters1, 2). He was no ordinary man and did not live out an ordinary life. He lived as a carpenter but spent all of his life as a teacher of the Almighty God and told what to do in certain situations and taught people about the meaning of Christianity and preached to everyone the message and was the best ministry created. He spent His whole life on a ministry that the Father(God) called Him to do. He taught everywhere He went and never gave up any faith at all for no reason at all. Although He lived a short life, His teachings live in us as Christians and for non-believers they have a book that can save them, The Bible, as well as teach Christians about the wonderful works of Jesus Christ and other commandments and story's from the Old Testament. He is the only perfect man and always will be, according to the scriptures. The Son of God is also the Son of Man, as He is known, and has and forever will change the heart of mankind and make us realize in what a world we live in and who owns it and who has died for us so we can live in the most perfect place of all...Heaven. Jesus is the only way to true salvation with God and within ourselves and if we just see Jesus Christ before we see the world or ourselves we will prosper and be abundant in Heaven as well as on earth.
Jesus is the real reason that all of us are on earth and we are truly not acceptable to the Almighty Lord, with that said, I would like to say that God sent His only begotten Son to this world to save us and that so we can be acceptable to Him. Jesus' life was dedicated to us and in that effort has become the most extravagent religion(Truth) through out the world.
God is calling us to become a Christian, or more importantly saved, and become apart of His family. He has made us for a purpose on this earth and has made us perfectly to the way He wants us to be and gives us no burden more than we can carry. He calls us into ministry, missions, work, witnessing, talking one-on-one, out-reach, evangelism ,and worshipping to name just a few of which I know of. Jesus Christ died from the crucifixtion and rose the third day and ascended into the light known as Heaven and He will remain there till His Second Coming. While Jesus Christ does not live in the pure physical sense that each one of us hold dear, He lives within us, in our hearts. And we must see that our God's temple(the human body) must be pure and sinless for the Almighty God. Now I know what you are thinking no way I can be pure of sin. Well, thats the best part, there is one way. After you recieve the Lord Jesus Christ into your heart, all you have to do is ask the Lord for Forgiveness of the sins you have made and they will be erased. In my humble opinion, I think we have to be in right with God(In that saying we have to really want God in our heart and want God to save us for our sins) before we can ask God to forgive us. His Son died for every sin that was made, has been made, and will make until His return in the Second Coming.
Jesus Christ performed many miracles during His ministry. All of them are not short from amazing and could only be done by Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. His ministry is full of miracles(only two of which I will talk about in this paragraph). The first one I would like to talk about is, The Feeding of the Five Thousand (read the story Matthew 14:13-21). The disciples of Jesus Christ had a huge crowd in front of them and they were hungry and they wanted food. The disciples knew they didn't have enough food to feed practically anyone, other than themselves(the disciples nad Jesus Christ) so, of course, out of common sense the disciples thought it a bad idea. But Jesus Christ said that they should feed these people. The disciples were dumbfounded at the statement that the Lord had made. And they asked "How can we feed these peopel with the food we have?" Jesus replies "What do we have in food?" The Disciples answer "Two loaves of bread and a small fish" and Jesus Christ took the food, and told them to distribute the food among the peoples. And after the Disciples finished distributing the food, the Disciples picked up the leftovers that were there and found three full baskets of leftovers. I think that this story symbolizes that Jesus Christ can do anything and that nothing is inconcievable(impossible) to the Lord Almighty. The next story I would like to share with everyone is the story of, The Walking on Water (read the story Matthew 14:22:36). The Disciples and Jesus Christ were on the edge of the sea shore(a very small part of the sea and could be compared to a very huge lake as it was almost entirely closed in with land)and Jesus told them that they needed to get to a city on the other side. Jesus then went on to say that they should go without Him and that He would meet them later and that he was going to pray and worship on a nearby mountain.

The Article (below) which I have created is the life of Jesus and His Ministry. I made an Article rather than just the history because I think that it would be more beneficial for people to see Jesus and His Ministry from a unique perspective. The article is to help inform you of who Jesus is and what He means to Christians and what He should mean to non-believers. I hope this Article helps you understand of who Jesus Christ really is and What He has done to this world.
