My personal nutritional journey and active living program came alive in 2001 with Body-for-LIFE. Since that time, I've joined with the Can-Fit-Pro and Faith United team. During the July's of 2003-2006, and 2008, I've cycled 610 kilometers from Toronto to Montreal, in the Friends For Life bike rally - a benefit for the Toronto People With Aids Foundation, as part of a crew of 200 people who've raised over a half-a-million dollars per year for those living with HIV/AIDS. In 2005 and 2006 I was very fortunate to be a Co-Team Leader and part of helping raise over $620,000 and $700,000 respectively! I've seen what an active community or body of believers can do! You and I are living at a very opportune time and have made some very considerable progress - or are about to. And, there is a brilliant future and quality of life for those who are dedicated to the cause of Wholistic Health.
