Answer:

I'm going to answer this question not only from personal experience, but from what current Personal Trainer Courses and current Scientific and Medical researchers are saying...

First, if you recall in
My Story, I did not use any supplements (other than Taurine, Glutamine and Protein Powder in my shakes) for my first 4 weeks (28 days) of my 12-week challenge. I wanted to gain total control over free weights and master proper techniques. It was also vitally important to me that inwardly, what was in my head was more important than what could be obtained from within a quick-fix or a bottle. Transformation cannot be found from within this product or that product, it has to come from within yourself. That, IS the fundamental mark of a true champion. I only have to look at Porter's story to see that inward integrity and a real dedication to change comes from within one's inner self. (Outward support helps too)!

From Days 29 to 54, I started using and loading with a non-EAS Creatine Monohydrate supplement. My thinking at this point in my challenge was, "to start a real muscle building phase," now that I had mastered free weight techniques as outlined by Bill in his Body-
for-LIFE book. I had heard that Creatine Monohydrate could really be beneficial for rebuilding muscle in the recovery phase after a workout as well as give me the extra strength and endurance I would need for this heavier building phase of my challenge routines. I knew little else about Creatine Monohydrate other than that it wasn't banned, and many serious athletes used it.

On Day 54, of
My Story, I cut back to 2.5 grams of this non-EAS Creatine Monohydrate because my thinking was getting quite cloudy, I was getting a very dry mouth in the mornings, and I felt very tired - like I had no energy at all, as well as some stomach cramps which I dismissed as the benefits of a good ab workout.

On Day 55, I issued a Creatine Monohydrate Warning online the Body-
for-LIFE Guest Book. I was very weak and couldn't even do my workout. I flushed my system with lots of water. I was also in a turmoil inwardly, because I had almost died twice back in January from substance abuse and yet, here I was totally rededicated to health and transformation, only to almost die again, this time from a health supplement! Can you imagine the frustration that was running through my head?

On Day 57, I began using EAS's BetaGen and Phosphagen HP, both of which contain Creatine Monohydrate. Now, I am beginning to understand why these EAS products worked while the non-EAS Creatine did not. EAS has made sure that the delivery system of the Creatine Monohydrate gets to the muscle cell where it's supposed to go AND not turn to Creatin
ine which is a toxic waste product. EAS products work!

As written in
My Story on Day 78, you now know that I've had NO adverse reactions at all from the Creatine Monohydrate in EAS's BetaGen and Phosphagen HP. In fact, I've only had the benefits that are normally associated with Creatine Monohydrate.

Will I ever switch to a non-EAS Creatine Monohydrate supplement?
Never! I don't trust non-EAS Creatine sources. All Creatine IS NOT the same!
From my BFL experience, only Creatine Monohydrate products from EAS work!
