Historical:

6.39-1.40: equipped with Bristol Blenheims [10].

22.6.41: with 7 planes and 8 crews.

28.7.41: with 3 planes and 6 crews.

42: renamed as Escadrila 1 Recunoaştere Îndepărtată, with [6] Bristol Blenheims. Sent to Stalingrad.

14.10.42: it begun reconn missions on 3^rd Army’s front.

End 1942: heavy losses, it had only 2-3 operational planes, sent for recovery to Craiova.

43: known as Escadrila 1/3, (with Blenheims), with long range recon duties over the Black Sea, between Sulina and Cape Tarkhan.

12.4.44: as Esc. 1 [5]

23.8.44: Esc. 1 [6].

22.6.41: Cpt.av.Galeno Francisc.
