HISTORY.

1943.

Formed 18.10.43 as double unit of Div.1 Munte under the name of Comandamentul "Bucegi".

1944.

12.4-20.8.44: transferred to the Moldavian Front as Comandamentul 101 Munte, along the "Traian" fortified position.
21.8.44: withdraw under the enemy's pressure.
27.8.44: it took part to battles at Merei.
28-30.8.44: action at Valea Călugărească and Ploiesti.
30.8.44: arrived at Sinaia.
24.9.44: merged in Sinaia with Divizia 1 Munte.
