Formed by Decret 1150 / 3.5.43 from Comandamentul Apărării Antiaeriene.
Mission: to prepare for war and to technically conduct the anti-aircraft defence.
1.9.45: disbanded.

23.9.44-29.8.45: Gen. GHEORGHE MARINESCU.
