Highlights:

Our villa at Cumbrian Lakes has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is fully air-conditioned. The heated pool and spa are not overlooked and are within a south facing, landscaped garden. The development is in a conservation area with lovely views from the pool deck. We are approximately 10 mins from the main Disney World entrance, and within 30 mins of all the other main attraction such as MGM, Sea World, Universal Studios, Wet and Wild and Water Mania.

Of course, that's not all Central Florida has to offer. There are many beautiful public golf courses, Kennedy Space Centre is about an hour away and Gatorland is less than 20 minutes away, as are the world-class shopping, restaurants and entertainment that line International Drive

This spacious villa has a large family lounge and dining area with Cable T.V., video and comfortable queen sofa. Patio doors open on to the covered lanai with large insect screened, heated and landscaped pool and spa, with a complete range of comfortable pool furniture and views over the lake to the forest. The open plan kitchen with breakfast bar has all the modern conveniences including dishwasher, built in microwave, fridge freezer and gas cooker, and an ample supply of crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. The washing machine and tumble dryer are conveniently placed in their own closet near the family bathroom.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, luxurious en-suite and two walk-in dressing rooms. The second bedroom is a double and shares the ensuite bathroom with our twinned Disney bedroom. This makes the villa an ideal choice for 2 families planning to holiday together. The fourth bedroom is also a twin and is located next to the family bathroom. All bedrooms have ample closet space. If required the sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 people. Towels and bedlinen are provided for your use.

New for 2007, there is a highspeed broadband "wireless" internet connection so if you like to keep in touch whilst on holiday, and have a wireless enabled lap-top or hand-held device, it is now possible to do so without leaving the villa!! We have digital cable TV - offering a choice of 150 channels and all telephone calls to the USA and Canada are now FREE!! The villa also features a double garage and there is a selection of toys for our younger guests.
