| Our Goals To continuoulsy improve as players and coaches to ensure long-term success. Our players are dedicated to improve their softball skills. Our players and coaches dedicate time to gain valuable learning experiences and to practice and perfect those skills through our many seasons. To improve as individuals and become better people from the experiences of being a Dane. Our players, coaches, and parents know the value and importance of pride, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude. Being part of the Danes allows each player to gain self-confidence and a better understanding of their personal goals, values, and ethics. Our players use the experiences that are unique to our team and leverage them to help them earn scholarships, careers, or other opportunities. Each player learns lessons from the Danes which help them to be a better teammate, parent, friend, spouse, and leader throughout their life. To continue to build a strong and growing softball program. Our opponents, officials, and other members of the softball community respect our program for its loyalty, consistent success, and unique style. Our program continues to expand to new and improved opportunities while always staying cognizant of our past, present, and future. To help foster a love for the game of softball by our coaches, players, and their parents. After their playing careers are through, our players return to the game as coaches, sponsors, and supporters of fastpitch softball. Our coaches and parents also continue to be involved in fastpitch softball beyond the Danes either by coaching, financial support, or attending other softball events. |

| Our Values LOYALTY We treat our athletes with respect and honesty and always make non-biased decisions according to what's best for all players. We realize that we can't meet every person's expectations, however, we are loyal to our players and expect loyalty in return from each player, parent, and coach. We look for players to take pride in the program and to be concerned of not only the short-term but also the long-term future. ENTHUSIASM We are excited and enthusiastic about the game of softball, the Danes program, our teammates, and the opportunity to learn. We show emotion and passion on and off the field, and proudly display our name along with our teammates as DANES. POTENTIAL We focus on potential. We realize that current talents and abilities are important, however, where an athlete is now has little relevance to where they can go in the future. |
