| Chocolate Chip Cheescake Ingredients: *3 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened *1 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk(not evaporated milk) *3 eggs *2 tsp. vanilla *1 cup mini chocolate chips(semisweet) *1 tsp. flour Hest oven to 300 degrees. Prepare crust.(crust recipe below) In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla. Toss 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour; add to chees mixture. Pour into pan Sprinkle remaining chips over top. Bake one hour or until center is set. Cool. Chill in refrigerator. Chocolate Crumb Crust 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/3 cup cocoa 1/3 cup confectioners sugar 1/3 cup maragarine, melted Mix together and press on bottom of 9 inch springfoam pan. |
