| Here are the weary travelers.. After 24 hours of travel.It was all worth it. We landed in Tahiti at 930am local time. Our flight from Tahiti to Moorea was cancelled due to a strike by French air traffic controllers. Tahiti, you see, is a French protectorate. We hopped a ferry from Tahiti for a 45 minute ride across the channel to Moorea. It was worth it. The view was spectacular.. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| This was taken from the road on Moorea looking across the channel at the island of Tahiti. I say THE because it was the only road on the island (for the most part). It is 39 kilometers around the island. The road is paved and has pristine views all around. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
