Drapetology
Noun, 2008. From the Greek drapetes (to escape) and logos (knowledge). The science of escapade.
Here you will find links to samples of my blogs about life in Toronto, some of it with historical details. I’ve had a wonderful time collecting this information and there are many neighbourhoods and areas yet to be explored in historical context.
The second part of this section describes areas I've visited across Canada. From Toronto to Tofino along the Trans-Canada highway, I left in my car with a laptop, a cellphone, a camera and camping gear, stopping along the way whenever something caught my attention. I explored other parts of Ontario and Quebec at various different times.
