The Second Annual Summer Picnic was held on July 20, 2002 at Jeann's in Petaluma. For those of you who could not attend this is held at Jeann Nelson's (AKA the Duchess of Red) 50's Soda Fountain and park-like back yard. The 50's room has a full working soda fountain (with real soca jerks - aka 2 husbands) jukebox, pinball machines, booths, etc. Definately a work of art and lots of love and fun. There was a lot of wonderful food and naturally some great company. There was a short business meeting during which we determined that we would begin to charge $10.00 dues to cover various costs.
