Characters
Else (Elsinora Jack Daniels (Luskan) Cole-Carnelli)
Hardly a chronicle can go by without Else showing up in some form.  She was created on the fly for participation in a Buffy the Vampire Slayer game which has, like this character, spawned incarnation after incarnation.  Else has modeled different modes of development for me and allowed me to explore concepts, conflicts and relationships I would otherwise have no access to in real life.  Else is a fantasy version of Robin.  It's no wonder I've transplanted her from one game to another to continue her story.  She is the original Neurotic Redhead and initial proof of the cyclic creativity we tend towards as gamers; art imitates life imitates art.

Alison Graves
Alison is my first slayer and opportunity to prove what a research slut I am.  Set in a Victorian era Whedonverse game, creating a woman who would be an honest Slayer proved challenging.  Hers is a world that does not welcome women outside their sphere.  But as Laurel Thatcher Ulrich stated, "Well-behaved women rarely make history."  Despite the dystopic version of modern society she lives and slays within, Alison is one of my lighter characters.  True to form, a great deal of the fun in playing Alison is in her relation to Jake, a character also borrowed from BTVS: The Peaks; an exploration of friendship and romance, as well as a quest for identity.  Alison sports an alter-ego of sorts as the vigilante Chinaman "Mr. Gee", as a disguise for her supernatural adventuring.  But this is not an honest externalization of the Slayer, who is still finding her own name and place.

Cassandra Erin Carmichael
Cassie is my first werewolf character.  Not knowing a great deal about Werewolf, I played to my strengths and my weaknesses in her creation.  Cassandra was medicated from her youth and has supressed her emotions, a detriment to being a Warrior of Gaia.  She is a city girl Glasswalker sent to a remote Wendigo / Child of Gaia caern to rediscover her rage and inner wolf.  I'm greatly enjoying her concept and inherit vulnerability, but nudged her development forward to make role-playing her more entertaining.  She is my newest character.
