7-04-2009 After the big fight on June 29, and the involvement of the dog warden, the loose dogs were rounded up, except for Grey Girl. Here, Red Pup has escaped from the pen that was Star's, and has no cable to spare. GG and yellow male joining in the bark fest.
7-04-2009 I saw this dog come out of the pen, doing a flip-flop on the way down. Now he's stuck. The mark on his right front leg is probably an injury from the fight with his brother, RPM.
7-04-2009 RPM, who was tethered to the front deck, has got loose. Red Pup is a sitting duck! I was on pins and needles for hours, worrying about another fight. Here, they are on the verge, with the yellow male agitated as well. Poor Red Pup. Imagine how he feels right now!
7-04-2009 RPM staking his claim, while Red Pup looks quite miserable and more than a little worried.

7-04-2009 The owners eventually came home. They put the dogs away and fed everyone, including these eight cats, before leaving again.

7-04-2009 Here is Yellow Dog, who has climbed out of the 6X8 chain link. He's a dog at risk of hanging, strangling, or other injury. It was pandemonium all day, and no one home.

7-04-2009 These strange objects appeared in the area between my flower bed and the neighbor's tool sheds. On the left is a piece of roofing or trailer skirting with one end on the fence, and the other end on a small tree limb stuck in the ground. To the right of it is one of several small poles or sticks, each with a beverage can on top of it. I don't have a clue as to the purpose of these devices. I have included this photo for its curiousness.

7-06-2009 Red Pup is out of pen again, but able to move around. Bubble has got loose and is cavorting with Grey Girl. Grumpy, who got loose recently, has been put in the end pen.

7-06-2009 Bubblegum made it over to my house, paid a visit to Snoopdog, who was in the dog yard, and stopped to bark at me. He's wearing a choker chain with two snaps and a cable. At the left is the neighbor's cat in my garage with four kittens. She beats up on my cats and eats their food.
