| 7-25-09 When I first saw Red Pup on top of this box, after getting out of the pen, his head was hanging down over the side, which made him look like he was dead. Owner not home, so he was stuck. I took the second picture an hour later. He was desperate to get off that box, and bugs were biting him, as well. It looked as though he would hang himself. |
| 7-25-09 When I heard the loud thunderclap and the downpour, I found that Red Pup had responded by making the leap. As you can see, he doesn't have enough tether to stand on the ground or get into the box. The next time I saw him, he had managed to get behind the rug. He was one miserable dog. What excuse is there for putting a dog in this kind of jeopardy and discomfort? And what excuse does Coshocton County have for allowing it to go on and on? |
