Dale Tracy recently returned from a successful debut performance at Avery Fisher Hall in New York as soloist with the National Chorale. He has performed the roles of the Phantom and Raoul Vicomte de Chagny in the German production of The Phantom of the Opera in Hamburg. Musical theatre roles also included the Caliph in Kismet, Matt in The Fantasticks, and Tony in West Side Story, among many others. Mr. Tracy has concertized intensively throughout Europe and the United States, appearing with the Hessische Landestheater in Wiesbaden, Freiburger M�nster in Freiburg, William Hall Chorale, the Pacific Symphony, Opera Pacific, and Irvine Camerata. Opera audiences have seen him as diverse as Tamino in Mozart's Die Zauberfl�te, and Ferrando in Cos� fan tutte, in Douglas Moore's Gallantry, and in oratorio, in repertoire ranging from Elijah to Aecis and Galatea. He makes his home in San Francisco, currently sings with the San Francisco Symphony and is soloist at San Francisco's Grace Cathedral, and recently began presentations of his own concert series in San Francisco. |
