Both are buried in Little Georgetown Cemetery, Berkeley Co. Mary KAIN was previously married to Robert NICHOLS, and had 3 children (57.1-57.3), probably not in order of birth . He does not appeal in either the 1850 or 1860 census of Berkeley Co. There is the possibility that he removed to Morgan or Jefferson Co's, or completely left the area. (WVBE1)

56.3-Elizabeth MILLER, b. 17 Aug  1814, Berkeley Co., VA, d. 15 Feb 1870, Berkeley Co., m. 26 Apr 1834, Berkeley Co., Jacob C. EVERSOLE. Elizabeth is buried in Little Georgetown Cemetery, Berkeley Co., There is no record of Jacob being buried there. He must have died prior to 1850, when Elizabeth appears alone in the census. In the 1860 census, the whole family is identified as malatto. (O6,) Children:
