630.2 John MCMILLION  b. 1 Jan 1735/36, m. 4 Sep 1761, Martha PALMER, b. 25 Feb 1742/43, d/o Parmenas and Mary Ann (DRAPER) PALMER. John is listed  in 1765 and 1767 tithables of Loudoun Co., VA. They moved to Fauquier Co., VA where they bought land on 27 May 1776, and sold it on 23 Aug 1783. They then moved to Greenbrier Co., VA where they bought land in 1791, 1796, and 1798. John entered 100 acres on New River of a land warrant for 1163 acres dated 6 Aug 1782. He entered a warrant for 50 acres for military service preformed by Edward MCMILLION on waters of Turkey Creek, adjoining an entry made by William West. John wrote a will on 25 Aug 1800, that was probated Jun 1804. WILL (FH32, WVGBB2, 4) Children:

Loudoun Co.), d. 8 Jul 1855, age 92y, of old age, Greenbrier Co., VA, m. 22 Jul 1791, Greenbrier Co., Jane HANNAH, b. c1773, VA, d. 12 Feb 1859, age 86, Greenbrier Co., d/o James W. and Eliza HANNAH, moved to Greenbrier Co., VA in 1785. Joseph was a Revolutionary War Veteran (VA file No. 23820). He received a pension of $20 per year beginning on 4 Mar 1831. In 1850 Joseph and Jane were in Greenbrier Co., with Frevandra McCoy, 23, b. VA, and Nathaniel M. Hill 4, b. VA in the household. His widow was allowed a bounty land in 1856 under warrant No. 47435 on account of his service. His son Joseph reported his death.
