In his will, dated 30 Apr 1848,  he gave Andrew part of the land on which he lived, plus 50 acres on Spring Creek and 49 1/2 acres; to son Beverly 60 acres on Spring Creek, and to Beverly, and three daughters, Martha, Caroline, and Ann, 514 acres on Spring Creek. In his father's will, he received part of the land on which his father lived, plus 50 acres on Spring Creek. In 1850 he was in Williamsburg Twp., and in 1870 he was in Lewisburg, Greenbrier Co.
