     "The List" is a compilation of handles and IP addresses of known, as well as suspected hackers, who have been observed or reported to have been using illicit 'Mech variants (read: "hacks") during multiplayer sessions of Mechwarrior 4: Vengeance. When available, dates, times, and types of offenses are listed along with any available photographic evidence to substantiate the information listed therein. The list is compiled from multiple sources, and may not always be 100% accurate. IP addresses are listed only as a resource to hosts who wish to update their "ban lists" on dedicated servers and may not be used for any other purpose. Please note that IP addresses of Mechwarrior 4: Vengeance players become public information whenever a game is hosted, and have been obtained via the ZoneMatch interface. "The List" is updated on an ongoing basis, and any inaccuracies or appeals may be submitted to Administration or Special Projects for correction or removal.
