| Redemption! PrimeTime plays perfect defense en route to a 9-0 upset |

| EVANSTON, Ill.__ Andy Ong, Brian Goo, Kirk Kao and Joe Chang played stellar defense, while Pat Min (pitching for the first time ever) pitched consistently and effectively for seven innings to lead PrimeTime to a shocking 9-0 upset over No. 3 Phi Psi in Sunday's first round White League playoff game. No one gave PrimeTime much of a chance. PrimeTime was a mediocre 2-3 and Phi Psi was 4-0 (two wins by forfeit), having outscored its two opponents by a score of 46-5. To add to things, PrimeTime was solidly beaten by Phi Psi in a regular season match up, 13-5. "Yeah [co-rec captain] Krissy told us 'You guys are gonna lose anyway so why bother showing up," Jimmy Cheon said. "Well in yo face Krissy!" "Yeah...put some more fish in your face," echoed Andy Ong. PrimeTime did not make single mistake in the field on Sunday, committing zero errors and only allowing two men to reach third base. Pat Min pitched all seven innings, striking out four and walking three. Chang, Ong, Sam Hong, Kenneth Rhow and Jeff Kong all knocked in runs, helping PrimeTime to slowly build a 9-0 lead. They nearly ended the game by mercy rule in the bottom of the sixth. "There's no reason that us studs from the No.1-ranked co-rec team couldn't do some damage in White League," Andy Ong said. "Look out...we are coming for you." This sets up a potentially very busy weekend for Ong, Cheon, Chang, Hong, and Stan Wong next Sunday. PrimeTime's next playoff game is at 2 PM next Sunday. If both Team Victory and PrimeTime continue to win, these five might have to play games at 2, 3, 5 and 6 PM. "Yee yee," said Cheon. |

| Normally a rock at first base, Andy Ong was solid at shortstop, making several key stops and was part of a stellar infield tandem. Ong also contributed 2 RBI from the plate. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
