On July 27, 2001 DAFFA(Dansulao FisherFolk Association) was established founded by Mr. Elisio Estaño togethere with his officials Mr. Roberto Dela cruz (President), Joseph Ibag (Vice-president), Rosinie Alao (Secretary), Josie Lobitos(Treasurer), it was located at Tapucan, Dansulao Malangas Zamboanga Sibugay. The purpose in establishing this association is to maintain the cleanliness, especially the coastal areas. On 2002, new activities was organize by the association, that every member of the association required to pay P25.00 for their monthly dues to spend a share capital. So that every member of the association given a livelihood especially the fisherman, but a policy of paying 10% the capital given to them from their income. DAFFA was registered by DOLE last 2002. Another activities was established on 2003 which is planting of 70,000 pieces propagules of bakhawan until 2004 with self initiative by the association. On 2005 election of new officers, Patrocenio Lantaca(President), Joseph Ibag (Vice-president), Elizabeth Estaño (Secretary), and Josie Lobitos(Treasurer). DAFFA was awarded by the CBFMA with covered area of 284 hectares under the supervision of the association awarded by the DENR. Another planting propagules op bakhawan with 60,000 pieces to be organize by Mr. Elisio Estaño. On 2005 new policy was established for not allowing the fisherman to enter the covered by the DAFFA because of the the newly planted of bakhawan until 2008.

     New project produced by the UDP funded by the DENR under the supervision by Senro. Deomides Pablo with 24 hectares mangrove rehabilations, until 2010 additional UDP project funded by DENR with 40 hectares. Still mangrove rehabilation this year 2011 by the of protection and maintainance of UDP project. Election of new officers (2010-2011), Elisio Estaño (President), Roberto Dela cruz (Vice-president), Nida Quiang (Secretary), and Josie Lobitos(Treasurer).
