Most men, if not all, find it hard to admit that one of their children have a problem of some sort.

�They see it as some sort of failure on their part. They don't find it easy to talk about the problem and just bottle it all up.

�� But a bottle can only hold so much and eventually the lid's going to blow!

Remember, your other half is meeting lots of other mums. The chances are these mums have husbands at home just like you.

So, if this sounds like you, don't sit in silence and let things get on top of you. Meet up with the husband.

You don't have to open your whole heart to the man. You may have more in common then you think.
