One of the things that I like to do if lift weights. I started lifted in the summer of 2014 and actually did pretty well. I had my brother record me one time where I was able to deadlift 355lbs.
Shortly after that I was able to squat 355lbs at my works gym

Unfortunately I injured myself doing front squats where I pulled my groin. I had to rest after for a long time and lost much of my strength. I am currently trying to build it back up but I am more concerned with school.
