I was born in Claredon, Jamaica on July 20th, 1983. My whole family is blessed with the gift of music so it sort of came nuturally to me, and I started singing at a young age. I left Jamaica for the Turks and Caicos Islands shortly after graduation, planning to work for a year then return to college, but here I am still.
I lived upstairs in an apartment building and every onace in a while I'd hear someone who lived downstairs singing, rapping or playing music and I wondered who he was. One day we met up in the hall and hr introduced himself as Eswann, he told me that he had heard me singing so we started talking about music, he then invited me up to his studio to see what we could do together. Once there I met Jabba and then Kutless, and we all just stared getting good vibes together, then everthing fell into place.
Put us together in the studio with a "track" and we just go crazy, we feed off each other, and the vibes we get from our music we just can't be any other way. What brings and holds the crew together is we all in the same situation, we love music, we are trying to better ourselves, and we believe we can make a positive difference through our music. As it all comes together we're gonna kick it and give the whole world a taste of BlaKouT!! |
