and the sewing sheers that can be bought at the tailor.

you can now be your own barber or the barber of town, since with the barbers
scissors, that can be bought at the tailor cause it's that skill that is used,
you can cut hairs ... the more you have in tailoring skill, the more you can
have choice in cuts.
